Be careful of the words you speak
There’s an old saying
“Think before you speak” — Fran Lebowitz
Why it is needed that we should think before we utter words? According to human psychology; words have more power and they can be impactful on human behaviour. “Words have the energy to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble.”
These words have more strength than any other thing. But the question is how? It is obvious that when a person speaks. It tells about himself. The words he/she utters are the most powerful. Despite the words can destroy or heal you at the same time. However, it depends on the choice of your words. How you choose to be more effective.
The dressing of your thoughts is all about your words. It tells us a lot about a person. For instance; kind words are lovable but loathing words are extreme disgust. You can hurt anyone by just saying any terrible thing to them. How easy it is to ruin the day of someone! Despite hurting someone with your words can we go for making their day?? Can we try to make them smile?? It is as easy as we do by our words. If those words can be so hurtful then change your words and make them the most captivating ones.
If someone says to you; words are not enough to express yourself! The point is; Are these words enough to hurt someone?? If it is “yes” then why someone is not willing to use the power of words for happiness…..
“A broken bone can heal, but the wound a word opens can fester forever.” -Jessamyn West
Some high-profile leaders do speeches. Their words make the nation lead to progress. One of the most famous speeches was; I have a dream by Martin Luther king. He did well with a speech of the lucidity of his words.
Try to make others’ day by saying words which have the essence of integrity, goodness, virtue, and nobility.
“Raise your words, not your voice. It is rain that grows flowers, not thunder.” –Rumi
